SERVICE:
- Regularly wiping down door handles and high-contact surfaces
- Encouraging the use of our Purell dispenser upon entering and leaving the service/parts area
- Offering curbside drop-off to eliminate the need for direct contact with any surfaces or employees at the dealership
- Disinfecting the main contact surfaces (keys, driver's door handle, steering wheel, and shift handle) with Spray-Nine wipes upon receiving a vehicle for service, and repeating this upon completion of the job, along with any areas worked on
- If paid via phone with credit card, we can put the bill and the key in the vehicle for a touch-free pickup as well-just remember to bring your other key to pick it up at your convenience!Â
SALES:
- Encouraging customers to visit Jeep.com to build/configure your desired vehicle and Teamwelsh.com to search our online inventory. As always, if you don't see what you want, we can do a dealer search and get it for you
- Utilizing our one-price, no-haggle sales process to complete transactions via phone. There is no need to come in to get fair and accurate no-nonsense pricing! Complete and comprehensive disclosures can be sent via email so there are no surprises
- Frequently disinfecting all showroom and display vehicles
- Encouraging the use of our Purell dispenser upon enter and leaving showroom area
- Disinfecting the main contact surfaces before and after each test drive
